Rimas City apartments are located in three unique areas of special importance within the project, and it includes 20 buildings consisting of 30 floors. Apartments consist of a hall and two bedrooms with a private room for guests equipped with all amenities.

The apartments are designed so that their balconies in any direction overlook beautiful views within the project and the views of the Piramam Mountains or the city of Erbil. In the apartments area, privacy is provided to the residents by providing them with wide open green spaces. Under the buildings there is a swimming pool and two gyms, one for women and the other for men, in addition to sports arenas in the green areas.
